These Terms & Conditions govern access to Eco Trading Plus, including member registration, package activation, referral participation, support, KYC, and withdrawal review processes managed with New York business timing.

Eligibility

Access is intended for invited users who can lawfully use the platform in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Eco Trading Plus is legally permitted where you reside.

Accounts and referral access

Registration requires a valid referral code. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform rules, submit misleading documents, or attempt abuse or fraud.

Packages and approvals

Package activation occurs only after proof submission and administrative review. Payment submission alone does not guarantee activation. Package profit pacing, target tracking, referral behavior, and withdrawal timing remain subject to platform rules and administrative control.

Withdrawals and KYC

Withdrawal functionality may require KYC approval, administrative review, status compliance, and wallet verification. Eco Trading Plus may pause, reject, or request additional review where suspicious, incomplete, or inconsistent activity is identified.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eco Trading Plus disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from account use, delays, access interruptions, compliance reviews, or administrative decisions.
